PORTRAIT POLICIES AND COPYRIGHT Please read and sign below.
Images will be available approximately 14 days after your portrait session and will be presented to you at an ordering session at our studio in Portland, OR. It is at this time you will make your portrait selection, and place your order. Please understand that your order session will be taken at this appointment. We encourage you to bring other family members to the ordering session to place your orders since this will be the only time the images will be available for viewing.

Payment of any order is due in full when you place your order. All orders placed during the ordering session will be ready for you 2-3 weeks after your payment is received (and checks cleared). Albums and specialty items may take up 4-6 weeks.

All images are kept on file for 14 days from the date of your ordering session. After this date, all images are archived; there is a $45 unarchiving fee to pull the images out to place additional orders. Please understand this helps us service our current clients faster.

All orders will be reviewed at the ordering session and a signature required stating that the order is approved by you. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on custom photography products.

Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do (small facial scars, blemishes, eye circles) will be charged a fee of $50 per hour. This includes braces, removal of logo/words on shirts, etc. * By checking this box I agree to have read and understood the above photography policies.
It is illegal for anyone other then the photographer to copy or reproduce the photographs elsewhere without first obtaining photographers permission. The photographer owns copyright to all images and has exclusive rights to make reproductions. The photographer may make reproductions for portfolio, samples, self-promotion, and advertising, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use or for display within or outside the photographer's studio. * By checking this box I agree to the above and understand the copyright policies.
Session Policies
The client shall pay the session fee in full the day the session is scheduled to reserve their time and date.

Your session fee includes the following:
-An initial consultation via phone, email, or in person
-Up to 2 hours of coverage on your session date
-Post-session image preparation; this averages about 4-5 hours per session
-A viewing session appointment for ordering purposes
-Melissa Tomeoni personal consultation with our professional lab to achieve the highest quality images and products available

Rescheduling is done at the discretion of the photographer. If the session is rescheduled due to weather or illness the original session fee will apply. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply for all other rescheduling reasons; sessions must be rescheduled to take place within 10 days of original session date.

Sessions will not be automatically canceled/rescheduled due to rain. Both photographer and client will meet at scheduled location regardless of the weather. Rescheduling due to weather will be done at the discretion of the photographer.

Sessions are scheduled with lighting, next sessions, etc. taken into consideration. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SESSION. If a session cannot be performed due to a late arrival, you will have to forfeit your session fee.
